1. FK Svidnik finished 11th in the Slovak 3. Liga - East with two defeats

In the last two rounds of the Slovak 3. Liga - East Group, 1. FK Svidnik had a poor performance, losing 2-0 away at Tesla Stropkov and 3-2 at home to Druzstevnik Plavnica. 

The game in Stropkov had a special importance for both teams, as it was a traditional local derby, but the Stropkov side had the upper hand and scored twice in the first half to achieve success. 1. FK Svidnik did not show the same amount of interest in the game, as only 11 players were present with no subs, except for the goalkeeper.

In the final round, the Svidnik side showed the same indifference to the result, as again only 11 players were present and the only sub was the goalkeeper. Druzstevnik Plavnica had to win the game in order to stay safe from relegation, so they actually led 3-0 at half time, while the Svidnik side scored twice in the second half to make their audience less sad for such an unfortunate ending of the season.

We certainly hope that things would come back to normal in the next season, which will start soon.
