1. FK Svdinik won 3-2 the local derby away at Tesla Stropkov and winter on the eighth place in the Slovak 3. Liga - East

Sunday, the 17th of November 2019, 13:00 local time (12:00 UTC), MSK Tesla Stadium, Stropkov, Slovakia, the 17th round of the Slovakian 3. Liga - East.
Great victory for 1. FK Svidnik in their last game this year, away at local rivals, MSK Tesla Stropkov. Back in August, in the first leg, Stropkov won 2-1 at Svidnik; now it was the opposite turn and Svidnik won 3-2 at Stropkov after a dramatic match, followed by a large crowd.
The home side scored early, by Frederik Varga: 1-0 (8'), after an excellent start of the game. Soon, the visitors gradually balanced the game. The main event in the remaining first half was the second yellow card for Daniel Petrisin, right before half time (44'). This proved to be decisive in the second half.
Down to ten men, the Stropkov players started to play more defensively, actually inviting the visitors to attack, which they did. Much to the astonishment of the audience (mainly consisting of home fans), Azamat Dzoblaev equalized, 1-1 (65'), and after just a few minutes, Viktor Veprik brought the visitors in advantage: 1-2 (69').
The game turned once again, as the home side were now desperate to come back in the game. Stropkov's head coach, L'ubos Reiter, made three offensive substitutions and it looked like a good decision, since one of the substitutes, Erik Burcak, eventually managed to equalize: 2-2 (82').
However, every such decision has its downturn. Both teams tried to score the decisive winning goal, and finally the visitors with one man up were the ones to succeed, by means of Juraj Kuhajdik: 2-3 (88').
Stropkov: Prysiazhniuk - Curlik (Burcak 71'), Borovyk, Bochin, Stefancik, Petrisin, Harvilko, Varga, Agbane, Pol'ak (Vasko 80'), Jakubco (Feco 71'). Head coach: L'ubos Reiter.
Svidnik: Miklus - Bialoncik, Veprik, Zapotocky, Kisel'a - Ducar (Pil'ar 46'), Dzoblaev, Elias, Kuhajdik (Matkobis 90'), Tokar - Kosc. Head coach: Tomas Elias (who actually played). Assistant coach: Robert Petrus.
Referee: Stefan Molitoris.
Yellow cards: Petrisin 10', 44', Varga 76' - Dzoblaev 40'.
Red card: Petrisin 44' (for the second yellow card).
1. FK Svidnik succeeded a very important victory in the last game of this year and will spend the winter on the eighth place in the table, two points behind their rivals, MSK Tesla Stropkov, which are sixth.
On top of the table, Tatran Presov and Odeva Lipany have the same number of points and are separated by just one goal.
There is one match to be played this year, between Plavnica and Poprad B (postponed in the previous round). The next matches will be played in March 2020.
