Bourj FC resume training sessions

The Lebanese Premier League has stopped after just three rounds in October 2019 due to the political, social and economic problems in the country, and the widespread protests.
Several attempts at restarting the league were hampered by the indecision of the Lebanese FA and the clubs whether the season should continue with the same schedule or not, with or without relegation, with or without spectators.
By March 2020 it was rather clear that the 2019-2020 season was to be sacrificed and cancelled anyway, with the SARS-COVID19 pandemic striking everywhere in the world.
Football clubs in Lebanon also ceased their activities and footballers stayed at home, just like everybody else.
After three months, in June 2020, Bourj FC announced on their official Facebook page that training sessions resume in the context of the relaxation of measures imposed at national and international level.

There is hope that the 2020-2021 season of the Lebanese Premier League would start in September, possibly without spectators.
