Before the match, Boruna Tsareva Livada and OFK Tryavna were both leaders with 6 points after the first two rounds, separated only by the goal difference, in favour of Boruna Tsareva Livada.
Just relegated from the Third League, the Tryavna team proved to be much stronger than the hosts and won clearly, 4-0. They took the lead early, by means of Alex Zgriparov: 0-1 (13'). Right before the break, the same Alex Zgriparov doubled the advantage, transforming a penalty: 0-2 at half time.
In the second half, there were more events, but only two goals. Vasil Andreev's shot hit the crossbar (51') but eventually the third goal for OFK Tryavna came from Georgi Pavlov, with a little help from the local goalkeeper: 0-3. The home side struggled to get at least one goal, but they were denied. First, by the assistant referee, who cancelled a goal for offside, and then by the crossbar, as they missed a penalty.
It was again OFK Tryavna who scored again, for the last time in this game, by means of Georgi Elenkov: 0-4.
Next Sunday, OFK Tryavna will face Balkan Plachkovtsi at home.
