Total Soccer are the leaders of the Antioquia Football League - First Division (Primera A), after 14 rounds of Stage 1. Their results so far are excellent: 8 wins, 4 draws and a single defeat in 13 matches. Several games have not been played, so almost no teams have played 14 games so far. After winning the Second Division (Primera B) in 2019, Total Soccer are really up to a great season in their first ever participation in the Antioquia First Division (Primera A), as the 2020 season was suspended and then cancelled. Although they are just an amateur team, and made up mostly by young and very young players, managed by Juan Gabriel Sepúlveda, they lead over a bunch of second teams of professional clubs, such as Envigado, Atlético Nacional, Águilas Doradas or Independiente Medellín, whose main teams play in the Colombian First Division (Primera A).

The season started on 22 May 2021 and will most likely end in December. Total Soccer are focused mainly on Antioquia First Division (Primera A), because the Colombian Youth League is not held this year, and they do not participate (surprisingly) in the Colombian Primera C, the recently re-established upper tier for amateur teams.
