On Sunday afternoon, the 4th of October 2020, OFK Tryavna travelled to Vratsa to meet the second team of Premier League side Botev Vratsa in a match counting for the ninth round of the Bulgarian Third League - North-West.
The visitors' defence resisted properly only in the first half, which ended 0-0, but they did not last long in the second half, when the young and promising players of Botev 2 Vratsa made a clear difference, winning 4-1. The home side goals were scored by Lubo Petrov, Remzi Ali Nedjip, Miroslav Marinov-Mishkata and Vaviyan Rumenov, while the only goal of Tryavna was scored from a penalty. With this win, Botev 2 Vrasta are again leaders in this group. For OFK Tryavna, an important match will be played on Wednesday, away at Peshtera Galata, one of their opponents in the fight to avoid relegation. The match was scheduled in round 7, in mid-September, but was postponed.
