On Thursday, the 7th of March 2019, Fayoum SC had a difficult game away at Dayrout, one of the few teams which lost against Fayoum in autumn, and more than that, it was quite a harsh loss as Fayoum won 4-0.
This time, Dayrout took advantage of their home ground and succeeded to win 1-0. The only goal of the match was scored by Khalil Mohammed Sayed in the 27th minute. The home team dominated the first half and scored deservedly. However, the second half belonged mostly to the visitors who were unable to find an equalizer.
The situation of Fayoum SC in the relegation zone gets more desperate because most of the other teams in that zone have won.
