Bourj FC are provisional leaders of the Lebanese Premier League after winning 2-0 over rivals Shabab El Bourj

Saturday, the 28th of September 2019, 16:00 local time (13:00 UTC), Saida International Stadium, Sidon, Lebanon, the second round of the Lebanese Premier League.
Bourj FC have a perfect start of the season, two wins in the first two matches, without conceding one goal, and the provisional first position in the table. Their "home" game in the second round was oddly scheduled at Saida International Stadium, far from the home town of both teams, Bourj el-Barajneh. Therefore, only some of the fans could attend to such a tremendous local derby, but even so, there were around 1500 spectators at the match.
Both teams, Bourj FC and Shabab El Bourj, are newly-promoted to the Lebanese Premier League, but they started very well, winning in the first round. However, Bourj FC were better than their local rivals in the Second Division, as they finished top of the league, and it seems that the same holds true in the Premier League. Bourj FC dominated most of the game, had the biggest chances and eventually won deservedly.

In the first half, Bourj FC could have scored from the penalty spot, awarded after a foul of Mohammed Moussawi on Mohammed Jaafar. However, Mohammed Qassem's shot hit the side bar and went off (23'). Stephen Sarfo also had a couple of good chances but missed.
In the second half, Bourj FC increased their pressure and eventually scored. Hamza Abboud executed a free kick from the right side, the ball was sent in the box, where Stephen Sarfo passed back to Mohammed Jaafar, alone at the edge of the box, and his right-footed shot netted in the ball in the upper left corner: 1-0 (60').
Shabab El Bourj tried to come back in the game, but in the final minutes Bourj FC doubled their advantage, after another cross by Hamza Abboud, this time from a corner kick, netted directly by Stephen Sarfo with a beautiful strike: 2-0 (84').
Bourj FC: Abdul Karim Saleh - Hamza Abboud, Ahmed Al-Khatib, Malik Ismaila Antiri, Walid Ismail - Mohammed Qassem, Hussein Ibrahim - Mohammed Jaafar (Ibrahim Abou Hamdan 77'), Thiago do Amaral (Mohammed Al-Durr 90'+4'), Hussein Al-Outa (Mohammed Al-Merkabawi 70') - Stephen Sarfo. Head coach: Mohammad Dakka.
Shabab El Bourj: Nemer Lahoud - Mohammed Moussaoui (Mohammed Harb 66'), Ala Hamyeh, Hassan Hazima, Amir Al Hassri - Youssef Atriss (Ahmed Obeid 55'), Augustino Sa, Claudio Maalouf, Ali Bazi -  Christ Remi,  Sadek Adams. Head coach: Ibrahim Itani.
Referee: Hussein Abou Yahya.
Yellow cards: Mohammed Al-Merkabawi 90'+2' - Ali Bazi 63'.
The match was broadcasted live by MTV Lebanon by means of several media channels, including YouTube.
Bourj FC are provisional leaders of the Lebanese Premier League with 6 points and 3-0 goal difference, above Nejmeh which have the same number of points but 3-1 goal difference. The two teams should have played against each other the next week in round 3, but the game was postponed for December. Then there will be a break caused by the matches of the national teams, so Bourj FC will play their next official game only in the second half of October.

After a 6-game winless run, Real Garcilaso wins 4-0 over Sport Boys in the ninth round of the Peruvian Clausura

Friday, the 27th of September 2019, 15:00 local time (20:00 UTC), Inca Garcilaso de la Vega Stadium, Cusco, Peru, the ninth round of the Peruvian Clausura (Liga 1).
The two teams arrived at this game with completely opposing form. Real Garcilaso did not win a single game of the last six (including their quarter-finals match in Copa Bicentenario), while Sport Boys won the last four consecutive games in the Clausura, leaving the last position in the aggregate table of the Peruvian First Division. The return of Real Garcilaso on their own ground, Inca Garcilaso de la Vega Stadium, was also a decisive factor, as they lost their previous two "home" games played at Sicuani.
Real Garcilaso imposed the pace of the game and controlled most of the match, especially the second half, when the visitors were simply hammered. However, Sport Boys had the first goal opportunity, when Arismendi sent carelessly a pass to the goalkeeper, the ball was intercepted by Ross, but Ferreyra succeeded in blocking him (16'). Immediately, Souza could have scored for Garcilaso, but was blocked in his turn (17'). Soon, Nunez crossed from the right and Carando headed the ball in the  net: 1-0 (24'). Sport Boys attacked more in the final minutes of the first half and even had a goal, cancelled for a hand ball of the striker.
In the second half, it was all Real Garcilaso. After some good chances right after the start, Carando doubled the home side advantage with a right-footed shot from inside the box after the initial shot by Souza was diverged by a defender: 2-0 (54'). Then Carando passed to Souza who found the net with a short-range left-footed shot above the keeper: 3-0 (71'). Finally, Carando's hat-trick came with a header from the middle of the box after a cross by Joao Ortiz from the left: 4-0 (76').
Real Garcilaso: Ferreyra - Arsimendi, Canova (Benincasa 59'), Quina, Joao Ortiz - Aucca, Archimbaud - Nunez (Ismodes 66'), Ramua, Souza (Lecaros 78') - Carando. Manager: Javier Arce.
Sport Boys: Medina - Tejada, Balbin, De La Haza, Garcia - Torrejon (S. Gonzales 56'), Tragodara - Uribe, Chavez, Ross (Peralta 66') - Penco (Manco 78'). Head coach: Marcelo Vivas.
Referee: Fernando Legario.
Yellow cards: Aucca 79', Archimabud 82', Ismodes 89' - Tragodara 45', Tejada 84'.
For Real Garcilaso, this win was absolutely necessary to regain confidence and to stay safely away from the relegation area. This was the first match since the arrival of the managing team led by Javier Arce in which they really showed strength and a desire to win. Their next match will be a very tough one, away at Sporting Cristal, last year Peruvian champions.
Sport Boys suffered a painful defeat after four consecutive wins and remain in the relegation area. Their next match will be at home against the leaders, Universitario de Deportes.

Juventus 95 Malchika and OFK Tryavna drew goallessly in the seventh round of the Bulgarian Third League - North-West

Sunday, the 22nd of September 2019, 17:00 local time (14:00 UTC), Georgi Karchev Stadium, Malchika, the seventh round of Severozapdna Treta Liga (Bulgarian Third League - North-West Group).
The last two classified in the North-West Group of the Bulgarian Third League provided a match worthy of their classification, scoring no goals and ending up 0-0 to the disappointment of their audience. However, it should be mentioned that this is the first point made by Juventus 95 Malchika so far, a team which was defeated every time in the previous six rounds. OFK Tryavna are still looking for their first win this season, and this could have been a good chance to grab three points. This is their fourth draw in seven games and the second one on the road; the first one was away at FK Sevlievo, the leaders in this group, a team which has won all the matches since!
In the next round, Juventus 95 Malchika will have a difficult task away at Akademik Svishtov, while OFK Tryavna will play at home to third-classified Vihar Slavyanovo, quite a tough opponent. However, if they wish to get out of the relegation area, they must start winning matches.
