Sunday, 19 September 2021, 3 pm local time (1 pm UTC), Futablový štadion, Snina, Slovakia, 9th round of the Slovak Third League - East (3. Liga - Východ).
After eight defeats in eight matches, there were not too many doubts that 1. FK Svidník will lose the ninth game as well, also because they played away at MFK Snina, one of the upper-classified teams in the East Group of the Slovak Third League.
MFK Snina made their match easy by scoring early, as Mark Iablosnkij executed a free kick from the right side, misleading goalkeeper Anton Dzupina: 1-0 (7'). Dušan Janko doubled the advantage right before half time: 2-0 (40').
The second half saw the visitors trying to get back into the match, but Snina controlled and dominated the field. Former Svidník player Maksym Losiev made it 3-0 (74'), a goal which shattered the visitors' illusions and morale, and in the next minute Dušan Janko scored for 4-0 (75'). The most beautiful goal of the game was scored by young Tomáš Kroka, after a prolonged offensive action: 5-0 (86').
Snina: Lojka - Ferko (Mihalčin 46'), Bednár, Dický, Jankaj (Hanc 79'), Ondika (Kroka 79'), Holub (Holinka 73'), Piliar (Kridla 64'), Janko, Losiev, Iablonskij. Manager: René Kočan.
Svidník: Dzupina - T. Čabala, Jucha, Shliakhov, Makara - Luščík (Bartoš 17'), Guman, Gajdoš, Kubis - Oravec, Daňo. Manager: Lech Czaja.
